Can anyone post an obit for Mr Davis?    Incidentally, and extraordinarily,  someone posted on PPRuNe yesterday that only a few weeks before the crash ANZ approved a TV commercial presented by Alan Wicker that made the proud boast that ANZ had never had a fatal accident. If true, probably the only airline in the world to have tempted fate this way.
