applications are being sort from family members as to wether his is a good idea or not.

Air New Zealand are seeking written feedback as to how families feel about this idea written advertisments have been taken out in all New Zealand newspapers and overseas papers.  There are 5 places available at this stage this is how they plan to allocate the seats - 1 to a representive from the cabin crew, one representive from the flight crew and 3 from balloted / drawn family members.

At this stage they are unable to outline what they term family - immediate next of kin or extended family

the applications for feedbacks closes on 7 october 2009 with a decision being made soon after as to wether this proposal has been accepted by the families or wether the idea will be put aside.
