The CVR Transcript

The inside of a cockpit voice recorder.

Ron Chippindale's official accident investigation report included a transcript of the voice data from flight TE901's Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR). The published transcript differed in 55 ways from the official version that had been constructed by a specially trained and supervised team, and it was the source of considerable controversy.
